Timo Baumgartl has signed a two-year deal with Schalke 04.

FC Schalke 04 have completed the signing of Timo Baumgartl from PSV.
The centre-back, who has spent the last two years on loan at Union Berlin, has signed a two-year deal with the Gelsenkirchen side.
“Timo is a centre-back with all the qualities we were looking for. Even though he is only 27, he has a lot of experience and a strong personality, as well as his footballing ability,” said Schalke sporting director André Hechelmann.
“We are confident that he will quickly become an important part of our team.”
