Real Madrid travel to Portugal to take on SC Braga in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Luka Modric could start in midfield for Los Blancos against the Portuguese side. In attack, there could also be a place for Joselu, who will be looking likely to add to his five goals this season.
Fellow forward Rodrygo is still struggling for goals, unlike the Spaniard, but with El Clásico just around the corner and the Brazilian tipped to start at Montjuïc, Joselu may join Vinícius in attack, with Jude Bellingham a little deeper.
Rodrygo has played in both Champions League ties so far this season (90′ against Union Berlin and 75′ against Napoli) without being able to find the net in the competition, however, his numbers have been good in the Champions League, scoring 15 goals since he arrived at the club. Among them were the two goals that eliminated Manchester City in the semi-finals of the 2021-22 season.
Possible Real Madrid XI vs SC Braga
AS report that Carlo Ancelotti could field the following side in Braga:
Kepa; Lucas Vázquez, Nacho, Alaba or Rüdiger, Fran García; Modric, Tchouaméni, Camavinga; Bellingham, Joselu, Vinícius.
