In a pending move that isn’t necessarily very surprising, it is nevertheless reported – per Florian Plettenberg of Sky Germany – that FC Bayern München and Daley Blind have already opted to go their separate ways in a few weeks.

The “Daley Blind – FC Bayern München” experiment is set to draw to a close. The 101-times-capped Dutch international signed a short-term deal with the German giants in January, yet has not factored into the plans of either previous FCB trainer Julian Nagelsmann or current head-coach Thomas Tuchel.
The 33-year-old has made just four league appearances, three of which were inconsequential relief shifts of the bench. His lone league start – against Gladbach on matchday 21 – was not particularly well scored by the German press. Florian Plettenberg of Sky Germany reports that club and player have agreed to part ways this summer.
Blind joined Bayern on a free and will depart as a free agent upon the expiration of his short-term contract on July 1st. The former Ajax Amsterdam and Manchester United start still maintains an estimated market worth of €6 million in the latest transfermarkt listings.
