Argentine midfielder catching the eye at Leverkusen

Die Werkself could be adding another Argentinean to their squad in summer.

Bayer Leverkusen are rumoured to be the side most interested in Juan Ignacio Nardoni, Argentine source ‘Planeta Racing’ suggests.

Racing Club want a fee in the region of their record sale, which is currently Lautaro Martínez to Inter for €23m, for Nardoni.

Despite interest from Brazilian teams, all parties at Racing Club want to facilitate a move to a European club in summer.

There is also interest in the 22-year-old midfielder from the Premier League and Portugal.

Nardoni is currently valued at €7million according to Transfermarkt.com’s calculations, having made 13 league appearances to date.
