Sevilla goalkeeper Yassine Bono is nearing a move to Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal, report Relevo via Cazurreando.com.
The clubs have reached an agreement for €21m – a fee that exceeds the €20m that the Andalusian side was asking for the Morocco international.
Bono, under contract until 2025, was on the radar of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, but has opted for the offer from Al-Hilal, where he will sign a deal until 2026 and receive a salary of €12m net per season.
He will team up with fellow new Al-Hilal signing Neymar and earn significantly more than his €4m (gross) salary per season at Sevilla.
Sevilla are now on the lookout for a new first-choice goalkeeper for the 2023-24 campaign.
