According to a report from Italy, Granit Xhaka has given the green light to join Juventus.
Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Granit Xhaka has reportedly set his sights on a move to Juventus.
After the Serie A giants were first linked with the 32-year-old earlier this week, Tuttosport now reports that Xhaka has told Juventus he is open to the switch.
Meanwhile, talks with AC Milan appear to have cooled, with the Rossoneri having opted to sign Luka Modric instead.
Bayer 04 managing director for sport Simon Rolfes has repeatedly emphasized that he wants to keep Xhaka at the club.
However, if the midfielder himself wants to leave, the Bundesliga runners-up are unlikely to stand in his way – if the price is right.
Tuttosport suggests that a fee in the region of €15 million would be enough to convince Leverkusen to sell.
