Florian Wirtz has reacted to speculation that he could join Bayern Munich in the future, saying he’s not thinking about leaving Bayer Leverkusen at the moment.

Bayer Leverkusen prodigy Florian Wirtz has responded to persistent speculation linking him with a future move to Bayern Munich.
The 20-year-old, who is contracted to Leverkusen until 2027, insists he isn’t thinking about his future.
“We’re having a very good season with Leverkusen so far, it’s fun at the club. That’s why I’m only thinking about Leverkusen,” Wirtz told Bild.
“I still have a pretty long contract. That’s why I don’t have to worry about my future at the moment,” explained the youngster.
Wirtz has scored three goals and provided four assists in 10 games for Leverkusen this season.
