Oliver Glasner bid an emotional farewell to Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday night.

Report: Tottenham inquire about Glasner

Although his final game as Eintracht Frankfurt coach didn’t result in a trophy, Oliver Glasner was a proud man after Saturday’s 2-0 DFB-Pokal final defeat at RB Leipzig.

“We did very well up to the first goal. It was one of those games where the team who score first wins. For a long time it was a very good performance by us. I’m very proud of the team and what they‘ve achieved again this season,” Glasner told reporters.

“Finals are decided by fine margins, but when you also see how many fans were here today, then everyone at Eintracht should be proud. When I speak about my time in Frankfurt, I get goosebumps everywhere”

Glasner has been in charge of Frankfurt for the past two years. He won the Europa League with the club in his first season in charge.
