Aster Vranckx’s loan deal to AC Milian has been officially confirmed.

The season-long loan arrangement for VfL Wolfsburg’s Belgian talent Aster Vranckx was confirmed on Tuesday. It can be confirmed by multiple sources that, as reported earlier, the Serie A club will receive a €12 million purchase option on the deal.
The 19-year-old, who came on board for Germany’s green company team last year from SV Mechelen, did for a time play a significant (and surprisingly forward) role under previous VfL trainer Florian Kohfeldt. He made 25 league appearances last year and scored a brace in a home win over SpVgg Greuther Fürth.
Long malcontent with his prospects under new trainer Niko Kovac, however, Vranckx had been hoping to engineer a move for quite some time. The Belgian youth international maintains a €10 million estimated market value in the latest transfermarkt listings. Transfermarkt also reports that die Wölfe pocket a €2 million loan fee on the current deal.
