According to Florian Plettenberg, Kasper Dolberg could move to TSG Hoffenheim on loan with an option-to-buy clause from his current club OGC Nice.
The Danish international is currently out on loan with Spanish club Sevilla but may make the switch to Germany as early as this winter. Having played over 70 competitive matches for Nice, the striker went out on loan at the start of the season but has only featured a handful of times for Sevilla.
As per the report, talks between both parties have been intense and positive. The 25-year-old forward can imagine himself playing in the Bundesliga and for a club such as Hoffenheim. The transfer is likely to depend on the injuries to Ihlas Bebou and Mu’nas Dabbur who look set to miss the start of the Bundesliga in January. For Hoffenheim, Dolberg is a top target and would bring vast experience to the team.
