Former Bayern Munich assistant coach Dino Toppmöller is expected to replace the departing Oliver Glasner at Eintracht Frankfurt.
Dino Toppmöller has reportedly emerged as the clear favorite to replace Oliver Glasner as Eintracht Frankfurt coach at the end of the season.
According to Bild, it would be “quite surprising” if one of the other candidates got the job instead of Toppmöller.
The current stumbling block is that Eintracht Frankfurt are not prepared to pay the 500,000 euros demanded by Bayern Munich, where Toppmöller is still under contract after being sacked as assistant coach in March.
According to Bild, the two clubs have not yet started negotiations, but are expected to come to an agreement eventually.
