The 2024 January transfer window is underway and the top European clubs are looking to add new players to help them achieve their goals.
Several transfer rumours suggest some of the biggest clubs in England are plotting raids on the Bundesliga’s best talents.
Teams tend to be reluctant to lose their key players in January, but a massive offer could change their minds.
We look at some of the Bundesliga stars who could move this month.
Serhou Guirassy
Serhou Guirassy has been creating headlines in the Bundesliga this season, netting 17 goals in 14 appearances. Only Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane is ahead of him in the scoring charts.
Manchester United have been struggling to score goals this campaign, with Marcus Rashford, Rasmus Hojlund and Anthony Martial failing to live up to expectations.
The Red Devils are in the market for a new striker and they consider Guirassy to be a perfect fit. His £15 million release clause makes him an affordable option.
Jeremie Frimpong
Jeremie Frimpong’s stock has risen in the last few years. Since arriving at Bayer Leverkusen in 2021, the 23-year-old has featured in 118 games in all competitions.
His performances have sparked interest from Premier League giants Arsenal, who need more options at full-back.
Cedric Soares is their only alternative to Ben White on the right, with Jurrien Timber sidelined with injury and Takehiro Tomiyasu on international duty.
Manu Kone
Injury issues have restricted Manu Kone to just eight Bundesliga appearances this season, but he was instrumental in helping Borussia Monchengladbach secure a 10th-place finish last term.

His performances attracted attention from Liverpool in the summer, but they signed Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich.
However, manager Jurgen Klopp is keen on adding another midfielder this month, and they could reignite their interest in the 22-year-old.
