Yann Sommer was pleased with Bayern Munich’s performance in tonight’s Champions League last-16 1-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain, but also underlined that the Bavarians still have a tough task ahead of them in the return leg next month.
“The return leg in Munich will be no walk in the park,” the Bayern goalkeeper said in a post-match interview.
“We had the game well under control in the first half and didn’t allow anything.
“They made a few changes after the break, got some momentum and created a few opportunities, but overall we did well today.”
The second game will take place at Allianz Arena on March 8.
