Brighton & Hove Albion have reportedly targeted Mainz coach Bo Svensson as a possible replacement for Graham Potter.
The Premier League outfit are looking for a new head coach after Potter left to join Chelsea last week.
According to The Athletic, Svensson is on Brighton’s shortlist, but direct contact is yet to be made.
Svensson, whose Mainz contract expires in 2024, led ‘Die Nullfünfer’ to an impressive eight-place finish in the Bundesliga last season.
Mainz currently sit sixth with 10 points after six games.
