VfB Stuttgart have added winger Silas and attacking midfielder Nikolas Nartey to their list of outs against Leverkusen tomorrow.

In addition to confirming that left-fullback/wingback Borna Sosa will not be traveling with the team to North Rhine Westphalia this weekend, VfB Stuttgart have announced that Sosa’s old split-stagger attacking partner Silas won’t be making the trip. The Congolese attacker has suffered a muscle tear. Danish attacking midfielder Nikolas Nartey will also remain home with a cold.
With both Silas, Sosa, Konstantinos Mavropanos, and captain Wataru Endo out, VfB interim trainer Michael Wimmer finds himself missing four of the ten outfielders he fielded in his last XI. Should the VfB gaffer wish to maintain a rough semblance of his squad’s shape, Atakan Karazor, Tanguy Coulibaly, Luca Pfeiffer, and Dan-Axel Zagadou could work as semi-straightforward replacements.
#VfB
