Freiburg coach Christian Streich lamented the injuries suffered by Roland Sallai and Maximilian Philipp in Thursday’s Europa League win.

SC Freiburg picked up an important win on Thursday, beating TTSC Backa Topola 3-1 in the Europa League.
It wasn’t all joy for the Bundesliga outfit, however, as both Roland Sallai and Maximilian Philipp picked up injuries.
After the game, Freiburg coach Christian Streich gave an update on the duo to RTL:
“It’s a disaster!
“Rolland Sollai has definitely torn a muscle and will be out for three to four weeks.
“With Maximilian Philipp, it’s the shoulder. That’s not good for us in terms of what’s coming up next week.”
Freiburg have a busy schedule coming up with games against Bayer Leverkusen (October 29), Paderborn (November 1) and Gladbach (November 4).
