The extent of Kevin Owens’ injury that he sustained in-ring for WWE has been revealed, and the news is not good for the Canadian. KO was despondent when telling the WWE Universe about having to go away to receive neck surgery, effectively cancelling his WrestleMania 41 match against Randy Orton.

But according to Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful, Owens has yet to receive his neck surgery. WWE sources do not expect him back in the ring in 2025, period, and expressed concerns regarding whether he would be fit enough to compete at WrestleMania 42.
