Salernitana goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa attracting interest from Inter and Milan

Salernitana’s new signing Guillermo Ochoa is reportedly being quoted by Serie A giants like Inter and Milan as well as from various other European clubs.

According to an exclusive report from Tutto Salernitana, the Mexican goalkeeper has only six months left on his contract and Serie A clubs like Inter and Milan among various other clubs around Europe.

37-year-old Ochoa joined Salernitana in January on a six-month contract and though the club holds a two-year renewal clause, it is not automatic. A decision will have to be taken by both parties at the end of the season when Ochoa’s contract expires and the renewal will have to be initiated through mutual agreement.

The goalkeeper has come into the cross-hairs of Milan and Inter as of now, but the Rossoneri have already secured the signing of Marco Sportiello. Nerazzurri captain Samir Handanovic’s future is up in the air as he approaches the age of retirement. Despite having an in-form Andre Onana starting on a regular basis, Simone Inzaghi will hope to secure another goalkeeper signing to add to the squad depth and Guillermo Ochoa will be an able arrival.
