Borussia Dortmund are set to sign Julian Ryerson from 1. FC Union Berlin, according to Sky Germany and Sport1.
‘Die Schwarzgelben’ are said to have activated a €5 million release clause in the Norwegian international’s contract.
Ryerson is expected to arrive in Dortmund today to go through a medical ahead of the move.
The 25-year-old could fill the void left by the injury to Thomas Meunier, who will be out for several weeks.
Ryerson has been a regular starter for Union this season, making 21 appearances for the capital club.
