Serie A side Roma would have ideally wanted to add another attacker to their ranks in the summer but they failed at the very end. But this means that they are still keen on making that signing in the January transfer window.
Calciomercato report that Roma are now monitoring Club Brugge’s Carlos Forbs quite closely. They scouted him during the Belgian club’s 4-3 win over at Inter two weeks ago, as he impressed along with Nicolo Tresoldi.
He has already contributed to 12 goals in all competitions and Roma believe he will fit right into their plans under Gian Piero Gasperini.
While Forbs will continue to be monitored, Real Madrid’s Endrick remains a priority for the Giallorossi. But when it comes to the Brazilian, they will likely face obstacles because of competition from AC Milan and Aston Villa. Besides, Jose Mourinho hasn’t exactly been open to Endrick’s exit, which is another problem for Roma.
To make sure they have alternate plans, Gasperini’s side are keeping an eye on how Forbs’ situation at Club Brugge develops.
