Marco Reus was not on Borussia Dortmund’s plane to Copenhagen that departed earlier today.
The 33-year-old remains sidelined with the ankle problem that has kept him out for several weeks and will therefore miss the Champions League game against FC Copenhagen tomorrow evening.
Reus made his return against Union Berlin on October 16, but then suffered an injury setback that has kept him out ever since.
Due to his consistent injury problems, the veteran is battling against time to keep himself in contention for Germany’s World Cup squad.
In addition to the long-term absentees, Raphael Guerreiro, Marius Wolf and Tom Rothe will also miss tomorrow’s game.
