Rennes president confirms interest in Enzo Le Fée and Ludovic Blas

Speaking to France Bleu Amorique, Stade Rennais President Olivier Cloarec has confirmed the club’s interest in signing Enzo Le Fée (23) and Ludovic Blas (25) this summer. 

RMC Sport revealed earlier this week that Rennes were looking to make a move for Blas. The French forward’s contract with FC Nantes is expiring at the end of next season, and it is expected that he will leave the club this summer. 

Meanwhile, Le Parisien reported earlier this month that Le Fée, who had garnered interest from across Europe, had chosen to sign for Rennes. Like Blas, Le Fée has one year left on his contract with FC Lorient, but the player has already confirmed that he will be leaving Les Merlus this summer.

Rennes president Cloarec has now confirmed the club’s interest in the players. “Blas and Le Fée are players that we have followed for a long time and who would perfectly suit the team. But, for now, nothing is done. They are on the list, yes,” he said in an interview transcribed by L’Équipe. 

Le Fée is valued at €25m, whilst Blas could be bought for just €15m. The latter is also of interest to Olympique de Marseille and OGC Nice, although no bid has currently been submitted to Les Canaris.
