A fresh insight into the transfer saga linking Kylian Mbappé with a move to Real Madrid has been provided on Tuesday evening.
It is of course common knowledge that Real are actively working towards the signing of frontman Mbappé, ahead of the expiration of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.
As the days pass, however, they are becoming increasingly frustrated by the actions of the French international.
To this point, Mbappé has not provided a definitive answer on his plans for the summer, amid suggestions that he continues to be tempted by the prospect of a move to the Premier League, too.
In turn, as part of their latest proposal, Los Blancos have essentially put the ball in the attacker’s court.
As revealed by French outlet L’Equipe, and cited by Marca, Florentino Pérez and co. have already forwarded their final contract offer to Mbappé.
The capital heavyweights have let it be known that they now have no intention of negotiating further, leaving the decision completely in the hands of the 25-year-old.
Not only that, but, after being left red faced by his last-minute U-turn in 2022, Real have also informed Mbappé that they will require a ‘written guarantee’, confirming his intention to sign for the club in the summer.
