It seems to be only a matter of time before Castello Lukeba joins RB Leipzig.
Multiple sources, including Leipziger Volkszeitung and Sky Germany, report that RB Leipzig are close to completing the signing of Castello Lukeba.
Negotiations between Leipzig and the center back’s club, Olympique Lyon, are said to be at an advanced stage and a deal is believed to be close.
After Lyon rejected several offers from the German club, a fee in excess of €30 million appears to be enough to persuade the Ligue 1 side to sell the 20-year-old.
Lukeba will have the tough task of replacing Josko Gvardiol, who was recently sold to Manchester City.
