23-year-old Randal Kolo Muani was officially presented as an Eintracht Frankfurt player on Thursday. The French attacker discussed his reasoning behind joining the Bundesliga side.
“I already knew of Eintracht Frankfurt, they’re a very well-known club,” said Kolo Muani. “A lot of great things have happened here recently. I felt the strongest attraction here. Everything has a family feel and I had great talks with the management.”
Kicker point out that Kolo Muani was a little shy during his training session on Thursday. The Frenchman added: “The first days have gone very well. My teammates and the coach have made is very easy for me to get used to the new environment. I believe it’s going to be a great season. I’m very happy to be here.”
Kolo Muani signed a five-year contract with Eintracht Frankfurt despite offers elsewhere and joins on a free transfer from Nantes. The French youth international scored 12 and created five in 36 Ligue 1 games last season.
