PSG are set to submit a €70m bid for Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani (24) according to a report this Saturday from L’Équipe. The 24-year-old has already agreed personal terms with Les Parisiens over a five-year contract. Foot Mercato RMC Sport and broke the news today that the former Nantes forward has struck an agreement to join Luis Enrique’s squad with a view to link up with his France teammates up front in Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé. Both outlets report that Kolo Muani has told Eintracht Frankfurt that PSG is the only club on his mind.
After finding an agreement with the player, all that remains now for PSG is to convince the Bundesliga side to part ways with their prized asset. L’Équipe understands that Les Parisiens will test the waters with a total package worth €70m including bonuses. The bid does not include out-of-favour PSG striker Hugo Ekitike (21). It has been reported that the former Stade de Reims forward could be used as a makeweight to ease Kolo Muani’s transfer to PSG. L’Équipe adds that Ekitike has, for the time beig, no intention of joining the Bundesliga side. It has only taken one season in the German top flight for Kolo Muani to flourish. He logged a remarkable 23 goals and 14 assists in his debut season with Die Adler (The Eagles) with whom he is tied until 2027.
