Paris Saint-Germain are monitoring Napoli duo Kim Min-jae and Victor Osimhen, according to Fabrice Hawkins.
PSG football advisor Luis Campos is exploring the market for reinforcements and has identified the Partenopei duo as top targets.
Campos is said to have met with Kim’s entourage, however, there will be tough competition from Premier League giants Manchester United for his signing.
Reports are claiming that Man Utd are hot on the trail of the South Korean defender, who has had a stellar debut season in Italy, helping the Partenopei win their first Serie A after 33 years.
Kim’s agent also recently commented on the growing speculation, stating that there were no concrete offers for the centre-back, though he hinted about a potential transfer to a Premier League club who can guarantee Champions League football.
It was previously reported that Kim could be signed for €45 million during the first half of July due to a special clause in his deal.
The Partenopei, for their part, are willing to hand him a contract extension to fend off the suitors, but they could change their stance in the event of lucrative bids.
Similarly, Osimhen’s future destination could lie in the Premier League despite Campos’ efforts to lure him to the French capital.
The Nigerian striker, also Serie A’s top scorer, has previously expressed his desire to play in the English top flight, with Man Utd and Chelsea keeping tabs on his situation.
The Italian champions, however, are determined to keep hold of Osimhen beyond the summer and are preparing a new contract for him with a pay rise and a lucrative release clause worth around €160 million.
