A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has made his way onto the transfer radar of French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
That’s according to ESPN Brasil, who point towards Rodrygo as the player in question.
Frontman Rodrygo has of course been hotly tipped for a move away from Spain’s capital across the summer to date.
Struggling for game-time at the Club World Cup under the watch of new head coach Xabi Alonso, the Brazilian is understood to be available for transfer for the right price.
To date, a whole host of clubs have been credited with an interest in Rodrygo, with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal understood to be particularly keen.
And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the player’s home country of Brazil is anything to go by, then another of European football’s leading clubs, this past weekend, also registered an interest in Rodrygo’s signature.
As per a report from ESPN Brasil, PSG have made first contact with Real Madrid, to gather information on the financial terms of a deal for the 24-year-old.
