Newcastle United have made a fantastic start to the season and will continue to get “bigger and stronger” after spending more cash, according to journalist Dharmesh Sheth.
The Magpies are currently third in the Premier League standings, with successful recruitment last January and in the summer transfer window paying dividends.

What is the latest news involving Newcastle?
Newcastle are undefeated in the Premier League since falling just short in a 2-1 defeat away at Liverpool at the end of August, beating Chelsea 1-0 at St James’ Park in the last game before the World Cup break.
Eddie Howe has really managed to turn around the fortunes on Tyneside since arriving last November, and now his aim will be to secure European football for next season, which is a real possibility based on their current league position.
In order to strengthen this bid further, however, some new additions may be brought in, with John Wenham telling Football Insider that Leicester City’s James Maddison may consider a move in the upcoming market, owing to the Magpies’ brilliant form.
Another option is Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk and the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund have reportedly given the green light for the transfer to take place for what could be a club-record fee.
What has Sheth said about Newcastle?
Sheth gives credit to Newcastle for their start to the season, particularly considering that they are yet to spend a huge amount of money, as they may have been expected to when the PIF agreed to take over the club in October 2021.
In an interview with GIVEMESPORT, Sheth said: “Newcastle United are starting to come, they’re only going to get bigger and stronger and spend even more money, and this has been done with Eddie Howe not breaking the bank now, and they find themselves in the top three.“

Could Newcastle secure Champions League football?
Newcastle have been buoyed by the fantastic form of the likes of Bruno Guimaraes, who has weighed in with five goal contributions in 12 Premier League appearances this season, after arriving for £40m from Lyon in January.
Another important acquisition since he joined the club from Atletico Madrid for £12m is Kieran Trippier, and he has been dubbed “incredible” by manager Eddie Howe for his impact on Tyneside, averaging a SofaScore rating of 7.73 in the Premier League this season, the highest of any Newcastle player.
Howe has really managed to piece together a formidable side, and they have a genuine chance of bringing continental football to St James’ Park this season, although Champions League football may be too much of an ask.
Liverpool have shown signs of improvement in recent weeks, winning their last three games, including a good 2-1 win away at Tottenham, while Chelsea and Manchester United should also push the Magpies all the way.
As such, a place among Europe’s elite may be a step too far for Newcastle this season, but they will be real contenders if they strengthen with the likes of Maddison and Mudryk in the upcoming market.
