Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Krzystof Piatek is poised to join Salernitana on loan from Hertha.

Hertha BSC forward Krzystof Piatek is heading for a move to Italy, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Per the Italian transfer market insider, the 27-year-old is set to join Salernitana on loan with an option to buy.
The former Genoa and AC Milan striker spent the second half of last season on loan at Fiorentina.
He has scored 13 goals in 58 games for Hertha following his €24 million switch from AC Milan in January 2020.
