Aleksandar Pavlovic was given the all-clear to travel to the German national team camp on Sunday, despite suffering a head injury in Bayern Munich’s 5-2 win over Darmstadt over the weekend.

However, as reported by Sportbuzzer and Kicker, the 19-year-old midfielder did not travel to the DFB headquarters on Monday.

The reason is apparently that Pavlovic is ill and needs to stay at home until he’s feeling better.

Pavlovic could make his full international debut against France on Saturday or the Netherlands on Tuesday.
