A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona celebrated an altogether noteworthy milestone following the club’s meeting with RCD Mallorca this past weekend.
Barcelona are of course fresh off getting the club’s 2025/26 campaign up and running on Saturday evening.
Kicking the defence of their La Liga title into gear, the Blaugrana made the trip to Son Moix, for a meeting with the aforementioned Mallorca.
When all was said and done, Hansi Flick’s troops emerged on the right side of a 3-0 scoreline, courtesy of goals on the part of Raphinha, Ferran Torres, and Lamine Yamal.
As alluded to above, though, it was one of Barca’s leading stars at the other end of the pitch who was able to celebrate a personal milestone post-match.
As revealed by Mundo Deportivo, after being introduced off the bench at Son Moix, Jules Koundé notched his 100th competitive victory in Blaugrana colours.
