Monza’s Carlos Augusto has become an intriguing player for multiple clubs across Europe and one of those clubs happens to be Newcastle United.
Marco Conterio has reported that the Brazilian is attracting attention from multiple clubs and scouts have constantly been keeping tabs on his progress at Monza this season. Newcastle are one of the most interested clubs in the player, along with a host of others.
Juventus have been linked with the 24-year-old left-footed player and they are also looking to add a left-back option to their side in the summer, which is why Carlos Augusto is a potential target for them.
Augusto has made 27 appearances in Serie A this season and while playing at wing-back, the player has scored five goals and has contributed to five assists for Monza and he has proved to be a vital player for the Biancorossi. He was also vital in their hunt for promotion to Serie A last season.
