Nick Woltemade has officially joined Newcastle United.
Newcastle United have confirmed the signing of Nick Woltemade from VfB Stuttgart.
Stuttgart will receive around €90 million for the striker in total, according to reports.
“For most of this transfer window we were opposed to a transfer for Nick, but the conditions ended up changing very significantly in a short period of time, and as such we are now able to agree to a sale in a way that – for all Nick’s value on the pitch – respects our overall responsibility towards VfB Stuttgart,” said VfB Stuttgart CEO Alexander Wehrle.
“We would like to thank Nick for his time with the club and wish him all the very best for the rest of his career.”
