Manuel Neuer is unfazed by the criticism he has faced this season.

Bayern Munich’s veteran goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has been the subject of much criticism this season, with some having suggested he’s no longer the player he once was.
The criticism was particularly strong following Bayern’s 4-1 defeat to Barcelona in October, in which the La Liga giants scored with every shot on target.
However, after keeping three clean sheets in a row, the 38-year-old insists the criticism hasn’t affected him.
“I think I’m in good form and I’ve shown it recently,” said Neuer after Bayern’s 3-0 win over FC Union Berlin on Saturday.
“I’ve had some good performances this season, so I’m very confident. Everyone trusts me,” added the 38-year-old.
Neuer will be looking to keep another clean sheet when the Bavarians take on Benfica in the Champions League on Wednesday.
