Sport1 reports that Manchester United are interested in Wolfsburg midfielder Felix Nmecha. The club have reportedly already held talks with Nmecha’s father who works as his agent.
The 22-year-old has also attracted interest from Borussia Dortmund who are looking for a replacement for Jude Bellingham who is to join Real Madrid. Nmecha currently has a year left on his contract at Wolfsburg and could cost €15m.
Nmecha is familiar with Manchester. The 22-year-old was born in Hamburg but grew up in Manchester playing for the Manchester City academy before joining Wolfsburg in 2021, the same summer that his brother Lukas Nmecha also joined Wolfsburg.
Last season, Nmecha played 32 times for Wolfsburg scoring twice and assisting six times. His form earned him a call-up to the German national team in March where he made one appearance against Belgium. Nmecha was also called up to the squad for the recent June international but had to withdraw due to injury.
