Serie A side Atalanta have seen goalkeeper Marco Carnesecchi get linked with a move to Manchester United and they have set a price tag for the Italian.
TuttoAtalanta have reported that the goalkeeper is the Red Devils’ first-choice option to replace Andre Onana and the Bergamo club have identified Napoli’s Alex Meret as a replacement, with the Italy international yet to sign a new deal with the Partenopei.
Atalanta are willing to sell Carnesecchi if major bids are on the table and as of now, Manchester United will have to pay around €45 million to €50 million for the Azzurri goalkeeper. This will allow Atalanta to make a significant capital gain on a player who is a youth product and the lure of that will convince the Bergamo club for a sale.
Atalanta are keeping an eye on the market and Pierluigi Gollini can become another option, having previously been at the Gewiss for multiple years before joining Tottenham.
