Serie A side Atalanta expect Manchester United to make their offer for striker Rasmus Højlund by the middle of this week.
Alfredo Pedulla has reported about United’s chase of the striker, stating that this week is expected to be vital in the saga. Luca Percassi is now expecting that United make their move for the 20-year-old by Thursday and Wednesday and that could well be La Dea’s deadline to sell the player.
Close contacts took place between intermediaries today, with Atalanta already close to signing El Bilal Toure from Almeria as a new striker. As things stand, United are trying to complete some sales to make sure that they have more money to invest and they could soon progress with some exits. Once that happens, they could present a decisive offer to La Dea.
Personal terms have already been agreed between United and the Danish striker and as things stand, the 20-year-old is training with La Dea but is hoping for the green light for the move to Old Trafford.
