It is no secret that Man United are in the market for a striker this summer but a new report now states that the Premier League giants could bring in two and break their transfer record to do so.
Erik ten Hag has Tottenham’s Harry Kane down as his number one target and a deal for the England star will likely set the Red Devils back over £100m this summer.
In addition to the signing of the Spurs star, the Mirror are now reporting that Man United will also move Benfica’s Goncalo Ramos and are preparing a potential record bid for the Portuguese forward.
A deal between £70m-£100m, including add-ons, is set to be discussed between United and Benfica, with Ten Hag said to be keen to work with the 21-year-old.

This transfer could eclipse Man United’s transfer record which stands at £89.3m, which was set in August 2016 when Paul Pogba moved from Juventus.
This would be a huge move for Man United to make, especially if Kane is signed alongside the Benfica star. Both players would likely cost United over £200m and it doesn’t seem necessary when Ten Hag only plays with one striker.
