Andrea Natali is yet to be announced as an AZ Alkmaar player, but his name is included in their UEFA Conference League squad. According to Kicker, the U17 Euro champion with Italy is listed in their A squad.
The transfer window closed on Tuesday in the Netherlands, and Alkmaar confirmed their squad for the season yesterday without the name of the center-back. However, like the Cameron Puertas deal to Bremen, it could still happen in the next few hours.
Kicker’s confirmation of his inclusion in their European adventure points to the inevitability of the deal. The 17-year-old joined Leverkusen from Barcelona’s youth last year. The loan deal to Alkamaar will not have an option to buy. Meanwhile, Transfermarkt has already added the player to Alkmaar’s U21 squad.
