Simon Rolfes has made it clear that Bayer Leverkusen have no intention of selling Florian Wirtz.

Widely regarded as one of the brightest prospects in world football, Florian Wirtz has been linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
But with the talented attacking midfielder under contract until 2027, Leverkusen are in no mood to part with their prized asset, according to the club’s managing director for sport, Simon Rolfes.
“We are in a good position, he has a long contract with us,” Rolfes is quoted as saying by Kicker.
“There is no reason to think about a transfer at the moment.”
The 20-year-old last signed a contract extension with Leverkusen in the summer of 2022.
