Leipzig have submitted an offer of €18 million for Dinamo Zagreb right-footed defender Josip Sutalo, per Croatian outlet ’24sata’. The offer could reach €25 million if the add-ons are met. However, this proposal also forces the 22-year-old to stay in Croatia for the season before joining Leipzig at the start of the 2023/24 campaign.
Sutalo would join Dani Olmo and Josko Gvardiol as former Dinamo Zagreb players who’ve made the switch to Red Bull. Sutalo mainly features as a center-back, but can play on the right side.
His contract expires in 2028.
