Fabrizio Romano reports that RB Leipzig are leading the race to sign Xavi Simons on loan from Paris Saint-Germain.

RB Leipzig have emerged as the favorites in the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Xavi Simons, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian transfer market insider reports that the highly-rated 20-year-old could join Leipzig on loan with no option to buy, with a decision expected by Tuesday.
Simons joined PSV from PSG last summer and enjoyed a hugely impressive debut season with the Dutch club, scoring 22 goals and laying on 12 assists in 48 appearances.
PSV have since brought the player back via a buyback option and could now send him out on loan for the upcoming season.
