Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé continued to etch his name into the recent history books of the club on Sunday.
This came by way of the Frenchman’s latest goal in Blancos colours.
Frontman Mbappé is for his part of course fresh off yet another match-winning performance yesterday evening.
Featuring from the off in a La Liga meeting with Getafe, the 26-year-old bagged the only goal of the game courtesy of a composed finish during the 2nd-half.
As much means that Mbappé has now found the net in each of his last 11 appearances across all competitions for club and country.
Not only that, but the 26-year-old has also joined Cristiano Ronaldo in an exclusive recent club at Real Madrid.
As revealed by statisticians Opta:
‘Kylian Mbappé is the first Real Madrid player to score 10 or more goals after his first nine games of a LaLiga season since Cristiano Ronaldo.’
Incredibly, Ronaldo managed to rack up 17 goals in his first nine appearances in the 2014/15 La Liga campaign.
