Juventus’ Danilo ahead of Coppa Italia final “Winning the cup would give an important meaning to the season”

Juventus defender Danilo banged the drums ahead of the Coppa Italia final against Atalanta. 

Speaking in an interview with Radio TV Serie A via TMW, Juventus captain Danilo provided an optimistic assessment of his team before the Coppa Italia final and remarked that winning it is one of the objectives of the season. He said: “We have a lot of enthusiasm, reaching an Italian Cup final it is an important goal. We know that Atalanta is a team with important players but we have the enthusiasm and conviction to play a good match.”

The Brazilian international demanded respect for opponents Atalanta and he believed that fine margins would decide the outcome of the high-profile contest.
