As Patrick Berger and Florian Plettenberg reported, Borussia Dortmund are expected to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United this week.
The two clubs have made a breakthrough this week after hitting a roadblock a few days ago. Negotiations had stalled despite the Englishmen reportedly heading to Marbella, Spain, last week to meet up with the BVB squad.
However, both clubs were eager to get the deal over the line, and a complete agreement has now been reached.
Jadon Sancho is expected to sign this week and join BVB on loan for the remainder of the Bundesliga season.
It’s a deal that benefits all parties. As previously stated by Man Utd head coach Erik ten Hag, Sancho will not play a role at the club for as long as he is in charge at Old Trafford. This season, Sancho featured in the opening three Premier League games for the Red Devils before being ostracised from the side.
