Inter Milan weighing up bid for Palhinha, per BILD

The Bavarians could potentially negotiate a deal with the Serie A club for the out-of-favour midfielder.

Sports BILD are informed that Internazionale are considering swooping for Bayern Munich’s João Palhinha this summer.

Transfer journalist Tobi Altschäffl reports that the Bavarian giants would be willing to negotiate for a fee of around €25-30million.

The 30-year-old has made no secret of his personal desire to remain in Munich and fight for his place in Vincent Kompany’s team.

Last Tuesday (July 8), rumours emerged regarding two Premier League sides in Aston Villa and Brighton monitoring his situation.

Palhinha joined Die Rekordmeister from Fulham for €51million plus a further €5million in add-ons in July of last year.

To date, the Portuguese international has only managed to play a part in 25 games accross all competitions, equating to 986 minutes of action.
