Serie A side Bologna made a new piece of history after their win over Verona yesterday, as they picked up a 2-0 triumph.
The Rossoblu have impressed this season and are in a top four race so far. They are at fourth in the table and are only four points behind third-placed Milan.Β
Remo Freuler and Giovanni Fabbian scored a goal each in the win over Verona and the goals helped Thiago Mottaβs side script history. They have now picked up five wins on the trot and they have come against Sassuolo, Lecce, Fiorentina, Lazio and Verona.
Bologna have won five consecutive #SerieA games for the first time since May 1967.

As per Serie A, this is the first time that Bologna have won five games in a row since 1967. Juventus had won the league that season and the Rossoblu had finished third. Motta would hope that they could match the same heroics of that season this time around as we head into the business end of the campaign.
