Borussia Dortmund are sweating over the fitness of Raphael Guerreiro and Nico Schlotterbeck ahead of Sunday’s Bundesliga clash with Wolfsburg.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, BVB coach Edin Terzic revealed that there are “small question marks” hanging over the duo.
“We had a lot of outfield players on the pitch in training this week. Rapha Guerreiro and Nico Schlotterbeck are still question marks, but both should be back on the pitch straight away and then we’ll see,” he said.
During the press conference, Terzic also offered words of encouragement to Julian Brandt, who has suffered a recent dip in form.
“Julian is extremely willing and hard working. He’s had 1-2 situations recently that have been a bit unfortunate, but he keeps going, he goes after it, he gets the balls back. You can’t forget that he’s one of the reasons we’re up there,” Terzic stressed.
