Borussia Mönchengladbach confirmed a season-long loan-out to Utrecht for Danish midfielder Oscar Fraulo on Wednesday.

Danish midfield talent Oscar Fraulo of Borussia Mönchengladbach is headed to Holland’s Erdevisie for the season. The German foals confirmed a loan to FC Utrecht for the 19-year-old one year after he was purchased from FC Midtjylland. The teenage talent mostly played for the BMG reserves last year, making only two brief appearances for the senior team.
Fraulo did score one goal in 17 appearances for the Gladbach U23s and is still widely regarded as an excellent developmental prospect. Germany’s “Sport Bild” tabloid nevertheless reports that Utrecht have secured a purchase option as part of the deal. The teenage talent maintains an estimated market worth of €2 million in the latest transfermarkt listings.
